We confirm who people are.
TVN exists only to confirm that the people listed within it are who they say they are, have done what they say they have done, and are trusted by the principals who have employed them. Nothing more; nothing less.

02 · Position
Adjacent to the agencies — never in competition.
TVN does not place staff, market candidates, or compete with the boutique household staffing firms that already operate with grace in this world. The agencies place. We verify, so the placements hold.
Member agencies, concierge desks and private members’ clubs that act on behalf of principals are welcome inside the network as referring partners — named on admission, never as competitors to TVN’s narrow remit. TVN corresponds with prospective partners directly; no membership is assumed or implied until it is written.
03 · Process
Slowly, on purpose.
Verification is intentionally unhurried. The file outlasts the placement, and is intended to.
- Phase I
Application by introduction
Candidates are introduced by a verified principal, a member agency, or by direct application to TVN. No public intake.
- Phase II
Independent file assembly
TVN compiles the record at our own pace, contacting previous principals, training bodies and registries directly. Nothing is taken on assertion.
- Phase III
Council review
A standing review council of senior practitioners cross-examines the file. Findings are written, dated and signed.
- Phase IV
Annual re-verification
Members reaffirm continuously; their standing attestation is renewable annually on the same standard, regardless of employer.
